No. While we have a licensed real estate agent on staff, we buy houses directly from you, as long as they meet our criteria. We then repair and renovate the property, and either sell it or rent it ourselves.

When we buy a house we pay cash, or use limited financing that speeds up the selling process. As a result, we will offer a discounted, below full market value price. We do this so that we have the money to make the repairs and still make a profit when we resell the property. Most of our sellers appreciate that we offer cash, with no waiting.
